If you’ve been following along this is the final installment on the brown leather kilt.
I attached the waistband and pockets. Built a ranger belt to complete the ensemble and it will be shipped out to it’s owner on Monday.

I only require three measurements. The waist, the Hip and the length. I have done three short videos to illustrate on how to measure.

Lets start with the waist. Take a cloth measuring tape and wrap it around the waist just above the belt line of the garment you’re wearing.

For the hip. wrap the tape around the waist creating a ring with the tape. Allow it to slip through your hand has the ring increases in diameter as you slide it down over the hips. record the largest measurement of the widest part of your hips.

The length. Have the person kneel on the floor. measure from the top of the waistband along the side to the floor.
